This Privacy Policy explains how NewHome AI ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. The App is developed by GOKALP TASER. By using NewHome AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Photos and images you provide. NewHome AI lets you upload or capture photos of your home or rooms so the App can generate AI-powered redesign and remodeling suggestions. These images are processed to create your results.
• Generated content. The redesigned images and design outputs created for you.
• Device & usage data. Non-personal technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymized crash/usage analytics used to improve stability and performance.
• Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of the purchase but never your full payment card details.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or phone number to use the core features of the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photos and generate AI home-design results.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features.
• To diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To generate designs, the photos you submit are sent securely to our backend, which uses Replicate (a third-party AI image-processing platform) to generate your redesigned images. This provider processes the images solely to return a result to you and operates under its own privacy and security terms.

We may also use the following categories of service providers:

• AI image processing: Replicate
• Backend / cloud hosting: Railway
• Analytics: Apple App Analytics (aggregate, privacy-preserving — it does not identify individual users)
• Payments: Apple App Store (StoreKit)

4. Data Retention

Uploaded photos are not permanently stored on our servers. They are processed in memory only to generate your design and are discarded immediately after your result is produced. Images may be temporarily cached by our AI processing provider (Replicate) solely to return your result, subject to its own retention policies. Results you save remain on your device under your control and can be deleted by you at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers described above, or when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

NewHome AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
