These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewHome AI mobile application ("the App"), developed by GOKALP TASER ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

NewHome AI is an AI-powered application that lets you upload photos of your home or rooms and generates redesign, remodeling, and interior-decoration suggestions. All generated designs are provided for inspiration and visualization purposes only and do not constitute professional architectural, structural, engineering, or contracting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using NewHome AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload ("User Content").
• You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and transform your User Content solely to provide the App's features (such as generating designs).
• You confirm that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.

5. AI-Generated Results

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or unsuitable for actual construction. You are solely responsible for evaluating results and consulting qualified professionals before making any real-world remodeling, purchasing, or structural decisions. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, feasibility, or fitness of any generated design.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App or its servers.
• Use automated systems to access the App in a way that harms the service.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decisions made based on AI-generated results, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
